Once we have received confirmation of your payment we will begin processing and packaging your order for shipment (within 1 business day). You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order details. Once your order has been packaged and labelled you will receive a tracking number (this is active from the time we hand over your order to our courier service provider). All local shipping is done through The Courier Guy. Please allow 2-4 working days for parcel delivery. All orders can be tracked by visiting www.thecourierguy.co.za and entering the provided tracking number in the ‘tracking’ section on the home page.
