To celebrate the Airmax 97’s 20th anniversary Nike teamed up with Austrian luxury crystal manufacturer, Swarovski. The end result of this collaboration was the Airmax 97 x Swarovski in a ‘Metallic Gold’ colourway. The sneaker features an upper fully made from genuine refractive Swarovski crystal material. Also present is a red swoosh as well as black detailing throughout the sockliner and tongue. The shoe also features a fully exposed Nike ‘Air’ unit for optimum comfort.
